Aww, thank you everyone for this feast for Prats' birthday! Madi, some of the pics I had not seen before and loved your sensitive, beautiful write ups that fill the heart with joy and pathos, thanks a lot!

Thank you Branka for the thoughtful new thread made available for us, despite your rigorous schedule, you are so caring! And loved all the links, videos and images posted by you, yes transported to those halcyon days when our lives revolved around Prats! How unhappy we were when she left BV, as if a beautiful dream was shattered, then following her journey and writing about every little happening in her life!

Today is her birthday, do not know the other world, do not know if she is watching her admirers, fans and well wishers in affection and pride but I know when she was living, she took a child like delight in celebrating her birthday and we would have a global thread dedicated to the celebrations! Let us continue the tradition and celebrate a much celebrated life!

I remember the first day we saw you on our drawing room Tv as an adolescent Anandi, you were all smiles, always happy!! I still cherish that moment, because I still haven't learned to forget. Here I am, sitting all alone, writing a tribute to you on your Birthday, not knowing what to write or what to say! You were a damsel, an angel, a shining light, a sun at noon and a star at night, a mirror of beauty, a golden ray, our beloved Anandi with whom we cried and danced, we laughed and dreamed, just adored you in those days in our own way! Where are you today our girl to receive our wishes and greetings which still we want to send even to Heaven, see, you still have such ardent fans on earth to recollect many memories of your short span of life on this earth? So please consider this as my special way of wishing you a happy, happy birthday.

On your birthday, we are all gathered here around sharing wonderful memories. It’s definitely not easy, even if you have been gone for a few years now. No one can ever take your place and I want you to know that. You are our beloved Anandi forever.
