Right now we are focusing on posting the awards... after the main thread is up we will work on the NL... maybe in 2nd week we can post... because first week we are going to do MOTM

For categories such as best siggy and icon/avator (animated and non-animated) , I guess we need to accept nominations and list them out. We can ask members to vote from that list later. I'm saying so because, these categories have a lot of options and we might never have a clear winner. What say?

For the rest, I guess we can accept direct nominations and count them as votes.

Also, are you planning NL and Awards in the same month? I would say it would be best to have them both with some interval as most of the categories would kind of be similar.

And, do you need me to do something?

Sure. Has NL been done in A&S forum before? If yes, I can search them and can get some idea on what it is all about apart.

Categories suggestion:

1. Best Icon/Avatar (Animated & Non-animated)

2. Best Signature (Animated & Non-animated)

3. Best shop update of the month

4. Newest shop in town

5. A tutorial (It can be either be one posted by any member in the forum in that month or something we create)

6. Best psd

7. Best texture

8. A small glimpse of the contests to be held.

9. If we are going to have NL frequently, we can use it as a platform to announce the winners of the contests held in A&S forum.

10. Sometimes we forget about the captions. Most times, it adds additional value to the signatures even if it is one word. The key is using the right words that fits perfectly to enhance the signatures. So we can have a category for that if wanted.
