Woah, any ideas why that is? I mean is it because of their coastal locations or something else. I thought everything down South was double the price of the North

No clue. I saw houses in Bangalore too and the villas look like hotels. So grand and posh and so reasonable too 😲

Here, we get 1 BHK for 60-70 lacs in the suburbs and 1 cr in the main city.
