It is true, Erika. Property rates there are skyrocketing even though the economic conditions are not that good.

People are opting for 2 bedroom apartments but there is lack of those and most of the offerings are villas which are crazy expensive

I agree. The rates are ridiculous and after GST, the situation has become worse. On every 1 cr, we have to pay 10-15 lacs tax or even more 😆

I was checking some houses and all were pretty expensive. You have your own property in UAE?

Today is Doctor's day. I have to treat my ingrown toenail and am visiting 2-3 doctors as my earlier doctor couldn't treat it 😭

Hopefully they don't ask me for surgery 😭

I asked a designer for 1 BHK in Australia for 1 crore, he did not reply back as he sells villas for over 3 crores 🤣

I don't know and no doctor will tell me. I'm trying my best to get it treated but yesterday while walking, my shoe got it and the portion of the ingrown toenail with the flesh is coming off 😭

I watched the toenail surgery video and almost fainted 😭
