I think Shaheer was offered KZK2 either for Anurag or Bajaj.

Shaheer had almost confirmed in this interview that he was offered, he was interested and he also said that he will be in India shooting soon if God makes the dates work : https://www.pinkvilla.com/tv/news-gossip/exclusive-shaheer-sheikh-kasautii-zindagii-kay-2-if-things-work-out-why-not-404015

He might have rejected KZK for Mughal E Azam .. or there is a possibility that he might have tried to negotiate the dates so that he can do both & the ph might not have agreed .. or there might still be possibility that he was offered the role of Bajaj. But I think for sure he was offered KZK.

Ekta Kapoor should not have tweeted that the actors are past their prime time. That is kind of rude. She doesn't have to defend her choice of Parth by calling others old.

Shaheer looks like 27 yr old even now. He looks so young these days and is blessed with cute looks.

All the Khans still play college students. Aamir was a college student in 3 Idiots, Rang De Basanti. SRK was college student in Main Hoon Na when he was 34.

I found her tweets esp comment that they have way passed their prime time was not good. Frankly speaking I remember when kzk news started coming most wished and prayed Sharica shouldn't be in that show and now table has turned most r rejoicing because Eri is playing prerna
Now frankly when I saw teaser the show looks just same as last one
Upar se ekta's comments everything just is not giving good vibes about this show

one of the main reason ekta tweeted was becz many fans were pestering to take their respective fav as anurag..we are not sure if actors who auditioned was for anurag..it can be bajaj as well..bajaj character will be 30+..so all the names which were coming were of 30 +.

She just came and cleared now as parth was finalized and she wanted this rumour to end..

I heard some were that the actors who auditioned were not for anurag it was some other role..
