After Ekta's today's tweet, I feel that my guess is right. I always felt that along with Erica, Hina and Shah/Barun too was locked by EK. Because, around the same time Eri & Shah's name were playing rounds w.r.to KZK2 in the first week of March, I had also read articles of both Hina and Barun being approached. Which made me believe that actors who were to play Prerna, Komolika and Bajaj were already locked. So, with today's tweet I think EK has just started her hunt for Anurag. And today's tweet might be to get options from the viewers. Because, as per the news reports, till 2days back, EK was busy with her upcoming movie Laila Majnu which is slated for release on Aug 22. She was having clashes with Imtiaz Ali regarding how it is to be promoted and were having back to back meetings for it. So, I think her today's tweet of not finalising anyone for Anurag can be a genuine one. But, I agree that she should not have made that remark on the age factor.

P.S. Going by some of Wahi's recent pics, where he had shaved his beard, I will also not be surprised if he makes his appearance as Mr.Bajaj.

possible as earlier karan s name was there was Mr.bajaj but peeping moon article said shared has been approached for bajaj and yhere was video in kzk2ig page were sharad did gol bathein when thes asked for kzk2

That Shaheer Sheikh will be playing the role of Salim in the upcoming historical love saga is known. The actor will be seen alongside Sonarika Bhadoria in the upcoming historical show Salim Anarkali: Dastaan-e-Mohabbat. She will be playing Shaheer's Anarkali in the show.

The show goes on floors today after a certain delay in the project. According to Tellychakkar, since the cast has been locked down finally, the makers have finally decided to start the shooting. However, Shaheer and Sonarika will join shoot later as the childhood part of their characters are being shot currently.

A little birdie told TC, "Right now, only the child artists would be shooting for the show." Uzair Basir and Naisha Khanna are playing the young titular characters. Apart from them, Shahbaz Khan, Gurdeep Punj, Aruna Irani, Piyush Sahdev, among others are also a part of the ensemble cast. The show is expected to go on air by August end and will air on Sony TV.

Shaheer was last seen in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi opposite Erica Fernandes. Their chemistry on the show was impeccable making them one of the most loved couples on screen.

Shaheer in an interview with Pinkvilla recently had admitted that he is looking forward to playing a historical character in a show. Incidentally, he had mentioned being smitten watching Dilip Kumarji in Mughal-E-Azam and expressed his desire to play something like that onscreen. Seems like his wish is granted.

I am still feeling EK tweet was towards Shaheer and Barun fans becoz many were requesting her to cast any one of them..she was kind of justifying to them ...that she cant cast them on basis on their age .🥺
