lookalike is pushing it, in my opinion. Although movies do it all the time, lol

And Bhool Bhulaiyaa was about dissociative identity disorder. If that's what they're aiming for, then we'd have a psychological angle with a disorder. Perhaps dissociative fugue.

That'd be a giant setup too, if that's the case.
