Police watch the press conference where her parents are blaming Raghav. Police meet her parents and ask why they did not express this suspicion on Raghav before, Manisha's friend is asked to leave by the police.
Police says, there are so many stories floating, tell us the facts. Her mom says, Manisha met him a year back, though she did not like him, our daughter was a mature girl, so we gave her liberty in her choices, gradually, he lived with us, in Mumbai, people are forward, no one objects to live in relationships. Initially, all was well, then they started fighting and he began instigating her against me. She never did so much partying and alcohol before, all this was his influence, I got angry when he started involving himself in her professional work and finances., ask her maid if you want. Maid says he was not a good man, would always fight with her, I have not seen but Madam told me he would beat her. She loved him madly and wanted tom marry him but he would stall the idea.Maid also informed of another girl friend. Neighbour said she saw Manisha one day pushing a girl out. That girl is located and she confesses that they had a fight 6-7 months back but now they were good friends and even earlier night she as invited to the party and she left their house at 7 am.
Raghav comes with lawyer and says he ran because he was very disturbed and the allegations on him were false. He says the party ended at 7 am, then they slept a bit, when he got up, he saw Manisha drinking, she had got addicted to alcohol, she said it is my money, my drink, don't ell me how to lead my life, he went out, then he got call from her, he asked her not to take any hasty step and rushed home to see her hanging. He revealed that her parents were very greedy and lived off her money, they even made some false documents to get loan in her name. Her father says what is wrong if daughter is taking care of parents,, she loved us and mom cries, we were so happy, there was no false document made, Raghav destroyed our lives. Raghav was the one who got her addicted to alcohol. Raghav blames the father for her drinking, the father says he drinks only occasionally and is not an addict and which father would get his daughter into alcohol addiction?Raghav just wanted to usurp her wealth. Raghav refutes saying his family is well off and despite working well before, Manisha lived in a rented apartment, her parents took all her money. They would force her to go out and work. Mother says she was depressed due to lack of work, so we would tell her to go meet people so that she has work and is happy. Parents allege that he would keep all her debit and credit cards, Raghav said she was an independent adult who knew what she was doing.
Another police investigation revealed that Raghav had cheated other women too of money, Raghav denies any fraud, he says he took money from them to invest in business and lost it as there is risk in business. Police question Raghav, according to you, all people are telling lies, isn't it weird? Raghav says, no, they are all publicity seekers.
Another final post mortem report reveals that Manisha had an abortion two months ago. The doctor said she was sad about the abortion but Raghav was not with her, maybe outside though he came the next day to collect the prescription and medicines. Raghav said the abortion was a joint decision as they were not married and careers too were not great. Parents ask police to arrest Raghav.
Some others are giving their views about her, the director says she was a simple, straight forward girl but those around her instigated her. Some said she threw tantrums as she grew famous and lost focus due to which she lost work. She also demanded a high fee and producers would not take her, One casting agent said he himself gave her a lot of assignments but due to little things she would make a fuss and leave, then he stopped recommending her Then the scene goes back to her first audition where she says when she dies, she wants the nation to mourn her and show her funeral. Raghav attends, is prevented by her friends, police keep him at a distance.
Anup Soni says this profession takes you to great heights but does not teach you to handle fame and success. If we cannot respect a dead person, we should not disrespect too.Maybe Manisha did not get good advise or she got and she did not heed. It is very sad we could not save a life!.
