That shld have been it
There was no reason for juvenile behaviour and indirectly instigating fans who were ready to pounce on her for their shirtless heart-throb

Women can be the worst enemies to have..esp when they are demeaning you for a man they fancy/adore/love

is it true, a woman is a woman;s worst foe.

But yes, it should have ended there which it clearly dint and even if we agree that the actor was upset with the show being pulled off air, even then, there is a way of handling things.

Anyway, like i said actors get pulled into drama, its a norm.

And no place believes in equality. But I have to say this that even if the woman was all over the man and the man had rebuffed, the fanatics would have bashed the woman only. That is the saddest bit.

I hope someday he realises how juvenile he was.

Life comes a full circle, Spup. But to be fair, he hadn't expected a rejection.

You see a 'no' means a no.

I still don't get how the male heir works as justification for Satrupa. It is just a part of a Patriarch's orthodox thinking. His wife and best friend seem quite bewildered by it, so it gets with the story.

Just when they thought all problems related to the heir could be solved with Anami, Vik comes up with another road block in the name of male heir.

Vik just seems to be acting as a difficult old man, and it looks convincing to me.

Satrupa will not listen to Gayatri, who wants her to bond with Anami and take her away from Nar. So she decides a college education can do wonders, even if the girl might continue hating her.

Will we see the same struggle we saw with Baldev and Satrupa bickering over Vatsalya? Satrupa was ambitious then too, and Baldev had to point it out to her that V was just a child.

I find the characterisations intact.

You have echoed my thoughts and I think the old men are all cynical in their own way.
Also, Indian society upholds the tradition of having a male heir and not a female one, for obvious reasons , so this tracks makes sense to me

Because it provides Satrupa with a reason for having giving up the female child..that she chose Vatsalya over Anami coz Vatsalya had a future in Lal Mahal and not Anami thanks to Vikrams thoughts..and this reasoning has suddenly been introduced whereas beforehand there were no signs of any such parampara mentioned by Vikram

She does want Anami to not hate her..but doesn't want to work towards that 😕

Yes but she could expect Vatsalya to listen to her..
Does she even have a moral right on Anami..why does she expect her to behave the way she wants her to

I find the characterisations intact.
