So, when did the makers realise that the khandan has a parampara of male heir inheriting everything?

The day she delivered the twins she had three options

1) keep both of them- which she could not choose because Guruji's prophecy about delivering twina again has come true. She had to give away the eldest of the two keep her children safe and alive.

2) giving away Vatsalya and keeping Anami- which now seems to be an impossible option after male heir vs female heir twist. Anami would have lived like a princess and both the siblings wpuld have been alive but despite the super sacrifice of givig away Vatsalya, Anami would leave empty handed and probably Avdhoot would take over as the heir.

3) giving away Anamj and keeping Vatsalya- which she finally did because she thought this is the only way to save her children, give them a better life and let the original heir take the throne. It seemed to be a better option because at least one of the child would inherit what is rightfully his.It was a win win situation for her until vatsalya died.

This way they are justifying Satrupa's character. I will makr a post abouy it in the forum because Inneed to know if anyone is feeling the same way

yes the TRPs have gone up for TSMSP. The show was raking in a 0.6 at afternoon 2 PM slot and when it replaced Saathiya, at 7 PM, it opened to 1.4/1,5. However, currently the show hovers at an average of 1.2/1.3. They are almost stable and working for SP @ 7PM.

Shakti is not annoying, Soup. But yes its a tough competition for RKC ATM the channel is looking at upping the TRP ante in a safe zone, @8P, which IPK3 never really got. Beating Shakti, is a far fetched dream

Tbh IPK 3 dint really beat Mehak and Tenali Rama too. Havent you been reading my analysis here? So all RKC has to do within the next few weeks is 'get a grip' and stabilise at a slot. Period.

This IS SP's best bet, if not there is a Nikhil Dwivedi show awaiting in the pipeline.

Not following Tu Aashiqui but seen the stuff, very impactful and dark.

I think Satrupa is playing good cop, bad cop, along with Gayatri to befriend Anami, as well as keep her under control. Rather, Gayatri is filling in the gaps Satrupa should be. Satrupa tells her she is spoiling Anami, by supporting her, but Gayatri is brilliant. Grandparents can never be strict with their children, and she knows Anami needs her to turn to, in this vanvaas.

Vatsalya was more perceptive about the power struggles, perhaps and definitely more forgiving than Satrupa. My reading is, he was caught communicating with his mother, hence the restrictions on meeting her and so on.

Also, I think Sudha must have worked on LM people hating her son. It was important to showcase him as a petty person, so he wouldn't be noticed or suspected of bigger things. I won't be surprised if she asked Narottam to steal things and get caught too, making him the vermin of the house. That tag is also a shield for him.

If you remember, the way Narottam gathered Vatsalya's stuff and went to Dadaji, whining about his right to whatever Vatsalya left behind. I think that was a ploy too, Sudha or Narottam couldn't have been naive to believe he would ever be made a heir. Narottam is that whiny child who seems to want to tag along like a leech, to Satrupa. She knows he has no personalty, and lives on the sympathies he strives to get.

Also, we don't know the backstory of Sudha and Dheeraj. There's a lot to be uncovered about the past. We know Baldev had betrayed Dheeraj, along with Pujan and Satrupa seems to have come into the picture after that. Till then, she was just the DIL, but after Dheeraj left, things moved in such a way, that Baldev was banished from the inheritance and Satrupa became the Guardian of the heir.. Or Baldev had thought Dheeraj was the one instigating his father against him, and got rid of him.

There are two battles here. One for revenge, and the other for greed. I am sure Pujan has been the shakuni for a long while, and has played his game in such a way, getting rid of his opponents one by one. Unknown to him, Sudha is heading a bigger battle, using him as her shikhandi shield. She is watching him, letting him do all her dirty work. Will these two join hands one day?

I know she is a grey character and has earned a lot of falk from viewers for giving up Anami. But she has also been shown a sane woman and it would be interesting to see how Narottam pragmatism unfolds and what is she golding against him.

The rest, I agree, Anami vs satrap is fab. What great chemistry here 😃

As for judging Sobti's ability to select scripts, his upcoming projects will tell us!! His boredom that becomes so obvious is because of the kind of acting he does, gets into the character. He chews ruminates on it then comes alive on screen. When he's not given that unknowningly it comes out as boredom.

Chick after a certain EDKV thamasha, goofball has become more adorable. I don't even want to talk about that show and the actor's behaviour 😕

SoreT : loved loved na bole 😳 you wanting to understand Satrupa is 😆 she's one mysterious woman several layers to her.But as of now they haven't focussed on her aspects. What I'm having issue at the moment is how they're focussing on her in the right and Anami in wrong. Anami has no reason to trust Satrupa's warnings about Narottam! Infact she has more reason to trust Adhiraj than Satrupa!! Yesterday when Adhiraj warned her, she was more receptive to the warning than when matlabi mathaji warned her, helpless or not she did give off the girl child for the same reason as why Vikram Aditya is refusing to acknowledge Anami as the waaris.

What's beautiful about the show is no character is black or white and I hope they maintain it that way to the end.
