Hey Just Caught Up With Discussion.

I think the time frame most be considered..! For creations.

Because people do use old memorable scenes and re edit gifs.

Same for VMs. VMS will obvious have old scenes .

So I think time frame is better option.:)

Yes it is time frame based. The scenes can be older ones, but they should be posted within the two weeks.
