• okay...so age of guy...should he be a young cop...fresh to the business--cocky and thinks he can solve everything and get all the bad ones behind bars? or the seen it all bitter cynic?
• And while the ML is cocky and brawny, let him actually also be smart not just cocky for the heck of it.
• so the balance of brains and brawn must be equally shared between the two,
• Hmm..yeah...perhaps let the fl underestimate him a bit initially...
• but what of his age? late 30s? or mid-40s?
• Yes, the FL can underestimate him because he's cocksure while she's the bitter cynic. But that's his way if surviving through the crap he's witnessed through life, not letting it affect him.
• Ages can be early to mid-thirties for the guy while the FL can be late twenties?
• love this dynamic between the ml and the fl...
• As for the age...good idea..but maybe let the fl be a little older? how about that? the bitter cynic, older woman...who ultimately is won over by this young guy...so if he is early 30s and the woman mid-30s...
• And yesss... so maybe he is newly transferred to this department maybe come from a different city (we can later explore why he changed to a city where he knows no one)...She is based here in this city and has had a bad relationship with the previous officer. She sees him in the same light and they start off being annoyed at each other (so far the cliches fit in).

haven't watched habs in a long time. Don't even remember where I left it 😆 Now I'm free, workload is much less. Hopefully will catchup it by this weekend
