I don't know Mannu. That's the problem. When I see news of terrorism, I wish for retaliation but then I think if we do, it will mean killing innocent lives. How fair is that?

But if killing more innocent lives can give peace to us or Indian soldiers and their families, then go ahead. If more blood is the only answer to stop terrorism then I am no one to comment on it.

Debina did get some sexy sarees in that new show. The only thing that I hated was the makeup. She was caked up too much which made her look like a witch. Else she looks really good when she is sporting minimal makeup.

That is exactly what we all want Mannu. I don't understand why people are even trained to become terrorist in the first place. Who pays for their training? And how to get our hands on all those terrorists only?

We all saw what happened in Kasab's case. Pakistan isn't scared of us cos we don't punish terrorist immediately after they get caught.

What's the weather at your places? It's raining continously here. We had quite a downpour during Ganesh visarjan too and it was amazing to dance in abundance in the rain.

Can the country survive an invasion by aliens and zombies without Hollywood actor Will Smith's help? Well, a Mumbai resident is curious and he wants the Home Ministry to respond to it.

Though it's not unusual for government departments to get such queries under the Right to Information Act (RTI), the Home Ministry, which looks after complex internal security issues of the country, was particularly perplexed by this one request.

Ajay Kumar, a Mumbai resident has filed an RTI to know the country's preparedness to protect the country in wake of an "invasion by aliens, zombies and extra dimensional beings."

He further asked the chances of such invasions and "what means did the government have to defeat them."

The applicant also wanted to know if "we can do this without Will Smith?"

Too scientific'

On Wednesday, Minister of State (Home) Kiren Rijiju posted this particular query on Twitter to highlight the frivolous requests his Ministry has to deal with in the name of RTI.

"The subject matter is too scientific," Mr. Rijiju said in a tongue-in-cheek response to the query adding "these kind of RTIs waste the previous time of office staff."

Hollywood star Will Smith has featured in multiple movies like Independence Day, Men in Black, I Am Legend, where he takes on aliens and extra terrestrial creatures.

Decision based on demands by States and ministries that annual budget exercise be completed before fiscal year

The Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved the scrapping of a separate Railway budget and merging it with the General budget.

The proposal was moved by the Finance Ministry after it received representations from some ministries that the annual budget exercise be completed before the new fiscal year begins on April 1 for streamlined allocation of funds.

The budget is presented in two parts i.e. the Railway budget pertaining to railway finance and General budget that gives an overall picture of the financial position of the Centre.
