Any sexual act without a consent is a rape. It doesn't matter if it happens between a man and a woman, man and a man or woman and a woman or husband and wife.

No consent means rape. Period. And that is the most henious crime ever.

Then why isn't the govt doing anything to stop dis marital rape ...y do they think if dis law is introduced it will be used negatively ...everything has + ve and - ve right so does laws too...

I don't understand y they think by bringing dis law we will be degrading our own culture... dat by bringing dis law they will be more divorces ...

Marital rape is rape. Nothing more to it.

I don't believe in marriage and no it's not the soap thing (how I would change my perspective when I find a guy). 🤣 I really dont understand the shaddi janamon ka bandan hai thing. I think I resent it when people attribute the word with such a meaning to a relationship filled with infidelity and a one of love at the same time.

Non-violence is a utopian idea. There is nothing like non-violence in history. India's independence was not won by non-violence but by the idea that something like that was possible. In reality the independence struggle had lots and lots of violence involved. Millions of deaths in revolts and other attacks resulted in independence. Do not mistake the absence of war for non-violence.

Radicalism is indeed an integral part of any freedom struggle.
