No where it's justified not even in our religious books.
Husband has to wait for the consent of his wife how much time it may take he don't have any right to force on you.

There are a lot of loopholes that the government will have to close before this law can see the daylight. First is the mindest of people. It is a man's right to ravage his wife in bed regardless of the fact whether she gives her consent or not and you'll be shocked to know the number of women that support this notion. Secondly these kind of laws are twisted by some shrewd women for their own benefits or to extort money out of their unsuspecting husbands.

Every coin has two sides to it, before shouting it out at the givt., steps have to be taken to change the mindset of people. Even today a woman has no say in the bed, if she voices her thoughts she is characterless. An alarming number of women support this as well. People don't talk about it either...firstly a forum has to be created where people can actually come forth and talk about the same. Things have to be dealt with at the deeper level...a law would be the final nail in the coffin.

But that is the basic problem. A woman's body is not at the disposal of her own free will but at the will of others. She cannot dress up the way she wants, she cannot use it the way she wants and she clearly has no right over the same. This is the mindset that makes people think that after marriage a woman is nothing but a sex toy that gives you pleasure!
