If you were sleeping too much a few days back, the reason for your insomnia is the same. You over-slept. And if you had taken more of caffeine, neend ni aayega. Aur phir, agar tu late kha ri ho, toh skip that step. That is bad for health and teko neend ni aayega. Exercise kar.
