Yes, I enjoyed this ... most of our male friends watched it too. It was very well adapted for the Indian context ... I've watched the original 24 too.100 days for a 24 episode show is a long shoot!!! Each episode is 1 hour long, though ... so I guess not that long ...Promos haven't started yet, but Raj Nayak tweeted 'coming soon' .G, Colors ... in fact most channels, esp the top 2, Colors and SP, are very tight lipped about their new shows now, especially the big ticket ones. The amount of money that goes into shows these days is huge ... they are very careful about leaks. Especially for a show like 24, which will be all about the suspense factor.SP was furious when Colors launched Asoka ... they stole the concept from right under SP's nose ... there was rumor of Shaheer being signed for SP's Asoka, and next thing we saw was a Colors promo. Since then I think all channels have tightened their security considerably ... we get one report about cast, no news or very vague generic news about concept, story etc at all ... and then the promo.
I am reading hordes of Mohit Raina interviews tday , his track in Ashoka starts tday 😆 . But then ofcourse this must be a show where one day actor signs , next day promo .. Show starts and goes downhill in a month or two 😆 or maybe not ... Maybe that's only true for sanaya's shows 😆
Yes I remember the Ashoka fiasco ... Star must have been furious . They were working on the show for 2 yrs and had to call it off . Since then channels have become secretive abt their shows .. Especially colours . They have taken out the promo of Shani already like they did for naagin .. The show is atleast 2-3 months away .. Could be more .
