No, you have to do this, when you try to deactivate it from a PC as well, minus the whole requesting for the desktop version part.

If you are using UC WEB, then you have to ---->

1. Go to settings --> Browsing Settings --> Website Preferences --> you will have to select the desktop options for Twitter and then enter TWITTER.COM in the URL and follow steps from the second part of the instructions.

It's quite difficult to do this from UC WEB. So, please use CHROME for this one.

I don't think that it's Twitter, it's SA and RM fans. Because we are following them and whenever they send a tweet about them or retweet something related to the actors, it pops up in the Home Screen of your account. It is kind of unsettling still.
