But if we are talking about real life couples then a good chemistry would be-

1) Friendship (because agar woh meri dost nahi ban sakti toh mein usse kabhi pyaar nahi kar sakta)

2) Loyalty

3) Trust

4) Conversation (most imp. to me atleast. and this goes out to any relationship one shares in their life)

5) Respect

6) Really knowing the person inside out!
