DP was never meant to be with Ranbir, she who comes form a stable upper middle class home with a normal loving family could never understand the complexities and dysfunctions of Ranbir's childhood which make him the detached person he is. Ranveer with his similar upbringing, warm personality and the same outsider background, is her perfect match and I am so glad she has realised it too.

While Deepveer are a model for a healthy relationship, in contrast RanKat appear to be the epitome of a dysfunctional relationship with both suffering from unstable childhoods and major Daddy issues. I get amazed at how DP went from a cold, detached, cheating boyfriend to a loving, warm, devoted one like Veer. Its a total 360 for the girl and I know she is smart enough to count her blessings😆

She is indeed extremely lucky in love unlike how people think she isnt due to breaking up with Ranbir.. Its very rare extremely rare these days to see a guy kiss the floor his girl walks on.. And knowing what situation DP was in and Veer was in that time.. They were bound to clash and walk different path as well.. But like u said Veer perserved through.. This part this part is the one that makes me feel so proud to be a fan of someone like him.. I want a guy like Veer too, not the one who do nice things for me, but the one who wants me beside him in equal status and also be confident of myself as a woman.. Veer whole heartedly supports her everg endevour and gives her the equal position in their relationship and career as well.. Honestly I never thought Ill end up shipping these two ever.. Firstly I never liked DP before Cocktail and plus I dislike her attitude when she is with Ranbir or around the media.. Her PR sometimes does more damage than help.. Secondly I love Veer a little more in real life, so I never shipped him with any girl offscreen.. When I finally gave in and started looking up on these two, boy was I floored.. Completely.. I used to think Anu Virat and Rankat will marry first.. But look what has happened now.. Yes I always have this fear back in my mind about them but seeing them with their families in public events as well kind of reassures me they are for life..

Oh wow.. Didn't know this.. i remember DP talking in Kannada in some interview.. Always thought they are kannadigas.. coz of the bangalore connect i guess..😆😆
