🤣

THIS is the highlight for me...every single time now.

Always curious to see what you will write in the next post (and the next post...and the next...) before you "spam" smiley your way to "bye-bye". 😆😆

As you say for "Firefly" though, there is certainly nothing wrong with series of finite episode counts. Such series, depending on how well they are made, on how deeply crafted the characters are, how engaging the story is, etc. etc. even short series can be profoundly moving.
But batao mujhe... Would you not like to see more of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai? It runs for more than 50 episodes (so, it is certainly longer than the 13- or 20-episode series), and I have watched all of the episodes again and again, but mera mann kabhi bhartaa hi nahin hai. I sooo wish, there would be more episodes of that show...
And if we were to have the Korean equivalent of S vs S? I'm sure those people crave for it. (As also I guess, fans of "Firefly"...)

I believe, there will be no one-size-fits-all solution to this...

Agree with everything, particularly with @bold.👍🏼

I would love to have "Sarabhai vs Sarabhai" back too!! Who wouldn't?
This is a picture from the cast's 10-year reunion.😊

On the subject of sitcoms - I saw several episodes of "Sumit Sambhaal Lega" towards the end of the series...and it was a pretty good sitcom. It takes time to grow on you...and I think they aired the better/best episodes a few weeks after the launch...right through to the end. It is no "Sarabhai..." but hilarious nonetheless. Specially the episodes directed by Deven Bhojani are very good...

Apparently, making making people conscious of the joys of a pain-free life is what I have been subconsciously doing for months now. 😳😳😳

Nice. 😊There will always be some people who will internalize the message and be thankful for their relatively smooth life...or at least a physically pain-free existence. 😳

😊

Serendipity is what you need to overcome this inertia.

See, if we look at it logically - the single status will only change if you meet new people...since obviously there is no one you guys fancy in your current lot of acquaintances/friends/colleagues.

Now you can meet new people if:
1. You are the one who paints the town red often fiesta and goes out a lot smiley...where you will meet someone interesting. Tum logon me se kaun hai aisa?😳

2. Move out from your college or current work place...new people, new possibilities 😳...

smiley

3. Join a local singles' dating club🤔 (more prevalent outside India) or groups like these...

4. Join some other group activity/ hobby club(s) of your interest where you might meet someone with shared interest (even better!) 😛 - you get to pursue your hobby/explore interests and meet new people!

library

smiley
This is actually a pretty good idea...now you have access to so many groups in your city through FB or other sites which engage people in various activities..have regular meet-ups or mixers etc. Sign up for them...will be a good experience, even if you don't meet someone.

Phir jaadoo hoga...😆 -->

Baaki...there are also the just-like-movies moments...like how it happens with Wisu. 😳😛 She meets people at supermarkets and museums...awe-inspiring..and I have always admired how she strikes up a conversation with people...I could never do that. 😳 That is also a way to meet people...but not everyone is lucky that way...

Finished my quota of ideas now. 😆exit
