Another thing which I liked about the career graph of D is that She has won 2 Best Actress Award ... Both were from Critics Category not popular category And most importantly she got it from rival channels while working for Colors in MB... One SP another Zee!!!

^^ ideally a show should be like MB . Open with a bang , do okay for a while, rise to be in top 3-4 for a few months max a year , fall drastically so that its wrapped up within 2 years . Both actors and viewers free from torture . 😆

To this day my mom calls Sakshi as parvathi n Shweta tiwari as Prerna though she followed Bade ache lagthe hai n parvarish after their first shows!
She knows D's VD, Ram Kapoor, divyanka,, Ronit Roy by their name but i do feed her about TV gossips n i have to talk to her with character names!!

Lol Madz I don't mean to offend you but why do you want DD to work with Kekta maata? I don't find anything special about her female leads, except that Divyanka Tripathy's character...forgot the name. 😆😆

Btw I agree with you that DD hasn't reached the top just by doing the same show for years like Hina Khan and others. She climbed her way to the top with her talent and hard work, one step, one show at a time. So that makes her being on the top even more sweet for me! 😳

Agree Patronus! More than popular awards, I'm more interested in DD winning critics awards because we know she is popular, there's nothing new in that, but impressing the critics is a tough job. 😆😆

LOL true. But I don't mind if a show starts slow, rises to the top and then plummets so that the audience is free from torture...because let's face it, every show turns crap after the first two years LMAO😆😆

mohit is doing a show a 6 pm slot i think .. for the time being he is in a better position then her

Actually Indian shows should be formatted like the American shows are. One season consists of 22-25 episodes max and there is a new season every year.

But then again, I don't think that's going to work well with the Indian audience.

Yeah but I do think that if a show sees low TRPs in the beginning itself like MB, the makers mess around with the original plot . Things would have been so different had MB done well in the beginning itself . And who knows we might have even seen MB as an actress. And downfall toh is very important for a show else they just refuse to end . I have no idea how viewers are so loyal to the same show for years despite the craptastic twists and plots .
