yes south Goa has maintain its original beauty..very scenic, quite...some virgin beaches...but many beaches are pvt too...

Godrej Tata Oberoi had their own pvt beaches...some are owned by individual owners too

Calangute and Bagha in north Goa are big time commercialized .

I liked the best Sinquerim beach near Taj Resort. It is so picturesque and clean .

Surprisingly next best for me was simple Mera Maar beach or actually a lesser known part of it which was near our place . Every morning we go there by walking and do yoga , spend lot of time there before getting ready for the day.

I will miss my routine for few days after coming back.
