Men can actually take some pointers from Manik...they need to realize that they don't necessarily have to be alpha in order to be 'sexy'. That there's nothing embarrassing about admitting your weakness in front of the girl you love, that crying in her arms doesn't make you look any less of a man.

We all have come to love Manik for these very facts! Despite wanting to cling onto his 'Monster' facade so desperately, he has never shied away from baring his soul in front of her. Remember the storeroom episode? That was the first time he admitted of being afraid of the darkness (he used the word 'hate' then).

Girls can try and learn from Nandini. They need to know that they don't always have to babysit/mollycoddle/spoon-feed their men. Ever seen the difference b/w how Nandini looks at him when he's being childish and how she treats him?

Even when Manik got drunk, Nandini just kept looking at him like she's her lill spoilt brat but treated him with patience, quietly listened to his rants, gave in to his whims and then slept cuddled up in his arms.

@Shelly: Beautifully said...it takes COURAGE to lay your soul bare like that and that is indeed one of Manik's best qualities...he may struggle to express his emotions in general but once the dam breaks, he doesn't hold back...he is not afraid to be vulnerable in Nandu's arms...it's shown so endearingly :-)
