Hola Ladies, I have been readying and following along but didn't get a chance to post!

I am knee deep in packing, trying to finish my work before Friday and my work blackberry went kaput on Saturday due to my genius idea of putting my daughter's milk bottle in my bag which spilled and ruined it..😆

Indra - is there a way to get emails about updates to this post? I am seriously slow in a lot of things on IF!!! I don't understand half of the acronyms either..😃

Chick - Oh no the concept of friends? Its one of my all time fav shows!!!!! I hope she doesn't ruin the taste of it..

Sush, Shweta - you guys stopped watching TSM? Why guys? give it to a try..its not sad anymore! They have just landed in Benaras in the train. It was quite funny...😆

Well when we talk about morality and how we chose right from wrong sure it is personal choice. However as Bhavi asked abt acceptable in society or Shweta pointing out where does society stand on issues - those ethical standard are based on social norms ! Also we humans are social animals and our psych and belief systems are influenced by where we grow up ! You can give Geeta to 20 people with translation, they may interpret it differently and practice it differently !

So more than right or wrong being an individual choice, we are looking at when you do make such a choice; how much are you accepted by society in good manner or otherwise ! Not really about standing up for right but how often your society will require you to take that stand ! If you are standing up every 3rd issue, well either you are wrong or your society needs some cleaning !!

@Sush - yup love all classicals any given day !!

@Shweta - I won't say that song is my fav but yes like it ! No not watching Dig, heard abt it ! Not sure if want to start watching a new show and also promo suggest religious conspiracy theories which I don't care abt much 🥱

How is the packing going ..n I don't know if it Happens to u but the thought of getting away from the mundane routine makes me Happy n as much as I hate packing n unpacking , the thought keeps me going 😃

N how is the LIL one ?

Yes G I am still here n will be bck in a couple of days n the thought of my new routine back home is giving me sleepless nights ..especially from beginning of next month 🤢...

I agree with u TSM is pretty ok infact my aunt was telling me they have pretty much shown wht Hapoens in Benaras 😲..for a change amaya is not getting on my nerves ..but i like Gautami n the elder sis more 😳...

G abt Gul's new show the mind, soul n Body thing ..let's just wait for other sources to confirm cos TB actually got the leads wrong , they stated it was HC..but he is not on the show

The society needs some cleaning...It reaches that point from time to time.

Gita, I believe is not a code of rules to live by.

Religion does not compel...It just helps you to reach out to the god within you...

It really doesn't matter where we grow up or what we are taught...Each one gets a chance to reach out to that god, I guess.I mean, a child brought up to be a thief could do that better than one brought up to be a priest, I suppose.

G...I was not watching TSM before...just saw the first episode yesterday...It is kinda sad...but I couldnt turn it off...Gautami Kapoor is awesome! I liked the girls too...Didnt find Amaya over the top...The show did have such a real feel to it...thats what was scary...I had tears in the corner of my eye...very sad...😕

Oh...i just forgot where is that setting which causes e-mail with every update...or not...but I know it is there have used it before...is it that eye icon on the thread? Top right?

I will give it a try again ...couldn't handle the suicide scene and what followed ...emotionaly draining 😭 Work is stressful enough can't handle sad shows...

@ Sush - Why did i decide to watch😕 good question to which i don't have any answer to it.

The eye icon will send you emails. I find it the most frustrating feature.

@ G- My studies are going fine. Mid term is done. So now just awaiting some more assignments and quizzesBut for now i am not worried I too am busy packing as will be flying this friday😃.

Regarding cooking - I cook everything and anything that is vegetarian. There is no specific thing. It depends on mood and time. But mostly its mixture of either Mexican, Italian, Continental, Guju, Punjabi, South Indian and street food along with Chinese if time permits for prep. I love cooking and it works for me as a stress buster. One thing i don't like is baking confectioneries. 😕

Regarding your list - who takes care of camera😆

@ Shweta - O saathi re - Omkara - is a very nice song. I think most of the songs of that movie had good lyrics except the famous one beedi jalaile. for which the tune was very catchy.

There are talks about SSR and Ayushmaan - Both are suave and acts very well. Ayushmaan is an allrounder.

Jay and Chick -Talking about Gita 😕 I think thats the theoretical way of life whereas I agree with Jay that every individual grabs it in different way and that depends on his own capacity and interpretation which again is governed by so many other factors.

Jay i did study a bit on your theory of Relativism and that is not what i think is the issue. If you are fundamentally wrong then there is no way any theory can work. Not to steal, not to lie, not cheat are the fundamental principles of any society. If as a society principles fail than there is no way any external force other than supreme force can help it out.

Now we are not talking about a thief whose livelihood is stealing. But even he has his principles of not stealing in certain areas.(I think)

Sush - sorry to bore you with our heavy discussions but this gets in between us once in a while. Can you imagine Jay asked me a question if I have got my Parichay when i was a member of the week😲 😆
