Mumbai-based Balaji Spark is an offshoot of Balaji Telefilms that manages lesser known actors, script writers, singers and directors who are mostly engaged with the production house. It tries to find them work including performances and brand endorsements. Actors Paridhi Sharma and Rajat Tokas, who play the lead pair in the ongoing TV series Jodha Akbar, are among those currently being managed by the company.

"The aim is to build talent into star material and look for revenue streams," said Firoz Engineer, business head of Balaji Spark. The firm is currently in talks with a few jewellery brands for endorsements for Paridhi Sharma, who plays Jodha. "The duo also performed at some event in South Africa recently," he said, without giving financial details.

ah okay..Got it. I searched for this, they do make good money too. Thanks much Rashmi..Honestly for PS RT, they are making good money, Fame is there. We are the ones sitting and worrying for their career.😆

By the way u staying up to watch the match. I am in 2 minds...I mostly will be up as just like Music, sports is my love too. I can even watch darts game...But I dont enjoy American foot ball, dont know why..Sometimes I force myself to watch as next day colleagues all will be discussing and I dont want to look dumb.

Tennis is another fav sports of mine..I am also watching, but will be alone watching as after sometime Binoy will sleep. Binoy is into Politics, Movies, Reading anything but not crazy about sports. he will watch foot ball so that in office he has something to discuss.😆

Coming to today's episode, let me start with one good thing and then I will pour out my frustrations.

Today Aram bano called Jodha Ammijan. So Jo got promoted from MUZ Ammijan to JO AMmijan. One small relief.

Post leap I am seeing Jodha so dumb, ignorant of her surroundings, foolish. How can we be called feminists here and why would Jodha be trash talked every single day. What is she doing that angers. I am trying to understand.

I can understand Ruks hates Jodha , she is shrewd by fooling Jodha that she likes and does good things for her. Even today when talking to man Bhai she in fact is looking forward to Man Bhai crying and being tortured. What happiness will Ruks get here. Seeing Jodha upset, Jalal only will spend more time with Jodha, so is that what Ruks want. How can Ruks even be called a woman, who cannot understand other people's feelings. SHe claims she loves Jalal. On what basis. may be I have not understood what true love is then.

Even today She was saying to Jodha, that Jalal married many time so if Salim married many times its okay. Jodha was then telling her that she want Salim to marry some one he loves. Ruks then fooled Jodha by saying that Man bhai and salim may have had a fight and Foolish Jodha Believed it.

Can we ever see a smart Jalal and Jodha. Really.

Precap: Paridhi was looking gorgeous. Just watch the Precap, she was extremely beautiful. Jalal no words. I am sad with his new looks post leap. At least the beard and hair can be trimmed a little.
