We had vaishnavite neighbours. They'd make a vrat-wali chutney with dhaniya, adrak and lemon juice - apparently it is the prescribed recipe for the prasad in a very famous temple - somewhere, IDK...
They'd send some of it to our home too. Sabudana-vadey with that dhaniya-adrak chutney were so awesome... It'd be worth starving an entire day to have a bite of that... 😳

Kyaa qehar dhaa rahi ho? Sabudana vada aur dhanya chutney...⭐️...Everytime I come on this thread...bhookh lag jaati Hai. 😆 Avocado...Aaloo...guacamole...sabudana...chutney. Bahut naa-insaafi hai...😳

Haan...I was about to write yesterday about this being a thread about sitcoms. I am watching Modern Family S5 nowadays...does anyone watch that show? 😆

"Baby Cheeses" is ROFL. And takkka-takkkaaa-takkkaaa for a Heli. 😆

I have a few favorites from the show...I absolutely looove Manny's character..😎...and Gloria and Phil Dunphy too! They are a riot...😆...oh, and Cam too. Koi bachaa hai kya? 😆

Phil's daughters, and Mitchell too... I think, they are all such a loveable bunch... 😳

I don't like Claire at times, but then even she has her moments when I start liking her... 😆😆

^^^Haan...actually all the characters are well-sketched and hold their own. Brilliant stuff. 😆 Though I found that it is slightly losing it's sheen/edge in the new season...they seem to be trying too hard this time...atleast that's what I felt...but it was enjoyable nonetheless. 😆

It is bound to happen... All these really nice sitcoms that start off very well become unbearable by the time they reach their 7th or 8th season.

Scrubs, HIMYM, Friends, Big Bang Theory... I can't stand the later seasons of these shows, even though I loved them when they began...

Viewers ki Vyathaa. 😳 I guess there is only so much that the writers can do after exploring all the nuances of the regular characters over the first few seasons. So it is bound to get jaded.

I liked how they introduced Amy Farrah Fowler 😆and Bernadette later in the BBT. it gives them something to play around with. But even that is going downhill now...after they have appeared as regular characters in the last 5-6 seasons.

I could never watch HIMYM...the premise and the characters never resonated with me for some reason...
