its very much in the race. As per current trps the channel as a whole has 5 gvt. It will take time to make its place nd since its different it will get tht time. Even sab tv took time to make its ground.

adi my dear i have a question for you, in siyaasat they have shown salim went to mewar and lost war after fighting for 6 long years against MP..is it true?..i have read somewhere that MP was able to get mewar back that he lost to akbar..please could you elaborate on it?..,my book on akbar the great is not here yet!

Mandy, many like to present that there was a constant one upmanship thing btwn MP and Akbar but from what I have read there were only 2 major battles btwn these 2 - the chittor one and the haldighati one - Akbar had managed to get all the Rajputs under his rule except Mewar and Ranthambhor so he attacked both and defeated both - after that he went on to Gujarat, Bengal, Orissa and then to other parts - MP became the Rana of Mewar in 1574-75 and then there was the Haldighati face off btwn Maan Singh and MP which Maan Singh won - iske baad Akbar never really bothered as he had already proven his supremacy and as MP kept using his guerilla tactics to win parts of Mewar back - Akbar by then had other concerns of keeping the invaders from Northwest out of Hindustan - but Akbar never let Chittor be taken back by the sisodiyas and that tells us a lot - MP and his successors wanted to win it back but never could - as for Salim, AN does not mention anything like this and from 1580 Akbar was concentrating at Kabul, Lahore and Kashmir and Salim was also with him till 1591 - so this info from siyasat seems more of NR - it was Khurram when Jehangir was Emperor who got Mewar also into the Mughal fold when Amar Singh was the Rana - and MP died in 1599 - btwn 1591 to 99 Salim was mainly in Delhi, Agra, Lahore and finally from 1595 to 99 at Ilahabad where he was running a parallel government and for which he was declared baghi and the face off btwn him and Akbar.

thank you adi i too thought that akbar had already defeated him , but then he must have won a few parts of mewar back after his guerrilla warfare and akbar never botherd much about it as he had already proved his supremacy over him!

actually one good thing has happened that now everyone thinks that these are all ekta's NRs..otherwise all were at the verge of believing the epic lubb and epic greatness of begumsa..and now they all know that it is nothing but one of ekta's cliched storyline in royal getup..at least people are reading books to find the reality which is a good thing!

Watched EPIC Crap in FF mode pertaining to last 3 episodes.

After wacting ja to me this lobe istory is total fiction,yeah he as a husband loved his begumsa or his begums lol but to me akbar was no loverboy as ekta made him out to be lol
