zindagi gulzar hai - PAK serial has been written, directed with a lot of sensitivity - And characterization is good overall not just leads. And Fawad Khan is so so good. 😆😆

Shri, I heard that the Bangladeshi serials are also very good - realistic in their portrayal. But the surprising part it, the people of that country like our Indian Daily Soaps more😆

PHs in Indian TV industry may have gotten the script, casting (and basically everything else) wrong, but they have gotten the pulse of the audience absolutely right 😆

Sri, from God's own country there was Madhu and Shiela - they acted in the orijinal Malayalam of the Hindi Ajnabi of Sunil Dutt, Mala Sinha and Ashok Kumar - amazing actors !!! Shreya its not Kora Kagaz re - that was Sharmila Tagore. And has anyone watched the movies of Suchitra Sen with that amzing Bong actor of Amanush - Suchitra Sen also was a married leading lady but kya oomph factor she brought on screen !!!

Mohanlal from GOC is awesome and out of this world - I have watched his 80s and early 90s movies directed by the likes of Bharathan, Sabu Cyril and Padmarajan. FOlks - Pls watch Padmarajan - Hell of a Director.

Omkara is one of Vishal Bharadwaj's ordinary, There is a Malayalam movie with Suresh Gopi, Manju warrier on the backdrop of kaliyattam - The movie is kaliyattam - Awesome is not the word - Brilliant adaptation of Shakespere. Infact you cry so much when he kills her - She is so masoom - I cannot tell you - It leaves a tinge in your heart.

Never watched Madhu and Sheila together Adi but heard about them.

Our own sivaji and Padmini created nothing less than magic - They are like real HUSBAND and wife in many social movies. 😃

Suchitra Sen and Uttam Kumar I think were a dream pair. Not seen anything - Munni can comment. 😊

Have u guys watched Namakku thothathu mudiri thopukkul ? That elder daughter Elizabeth character I loved - And how much suffering she undergoes before she gets united at the end with Mohanlal.

Brilliant movie

When her step father does that horrible act to her, I went STILL and frozen with horror - It was a good 10 years ago I watched ; Direction was top class.

Jaya, it's Namukku parkkan munthirithoppukal..padmarajan film..Brilliant movie..Mohanlal,sari as lead and Thilakan as step father..I like "Thovanathumbikal" film also..Sumalatha is the leading lady..

@Jaya kaliyattam is truely a master peice..Suresh Gopi got national award for that film..There is a song in that film.."Ennodenthinu pinakkam".. It's one of my all time favorite..

@Adi R u talking about "chemmeen" ?? Is Ajnabee is the Hindi version of dat film??

MohanLal-Shobhana jodi chemistry is amazing..They have us some unforgettable films together in 90's..Minnaram,pavithram and many more..Minnaram.. 😭..God,I cried buckets during the climax scene..Now I miss them together onscreen..
