I know she was buried as per Islamic traditions. Anyways, its evident she would have been forced to convert afterall you dont marry a ruthless king and expect to keep yourself as you were. But in both the movie and the show, it was shown that Jodha presents him with two conditions nah prior to marriage? That she will be allow to practice her own religion and not be forced to convert and something else? guess those for done for dramatic effects.

LOL...he choose to marry her though he can take her as concubine along with abducting the state, thus making her first hindu wife to a Mughal king. we are talking about 15th century where even Rajput kings never allowed their wives to put conditions, why the hell he'll allow.
