Abul Fazl says > "The daughter of 'so and so king' entered the harem." {means marriage i think}

They were not sisters. Akbar and Salim did not marry "sisters".


Marriage was a means of making alliances.


Salim married 2 ladies this time. They were daughters of father son.


Along with Akbar and Salim , many other nobles(?) also formulated marriage alliances.

As i said, marriage was done to make "alliances".



I also want to tell you that Akbar took his HAREM with him on this "trip" to Kashmir.
Prince Daniyal and Salim were also present. Though, i don't remember about Murad.

I agree she is looking a bit over weight but there is a possibility my friends that she has been asked to look so or put on weight for her to look older in the current track. We have heard from her directly how she loves exercise and good health right. So this might be a request for the show. RT is also keeping his beard right. Am sure it is work related and because she has this babyface and they need to make her look a little older without giving her too much make up.

Abhay, so far I have reached only up to page 203. Still 200 more pages to go. So far from what I understand Jalal and Salim had a fairly good relation ship and Salim rebelled because he was tired of waiting to be the next King. Salim speaks so highly of Man Bhai. He said she would have gone against anyone including her brothers to save one hair. That's how much Man Bhai loved Salim. He also mentioned Man bhai died because of the pressure between Salim and Khurram and also Madho Singh her brother. Who is this Madho Singh?

Akbar was neither God nor a Saint. He was a complex personality. The Akbar in this serial cannot harm any one who showed little bit of negligence in work. In the book it mentions he ordered to kill one of his men to be Killed as he was sleeping , when Akbar came out of his room.

Abhay, have u watched the recent episodes of JA. We meant Jalal humbling himself in front of the tribal King , giving him a free farman and the King ordering for Salim Punishment. To save salim, Jalal to marry his daughter. On top of this Salim openly talking and behaving rudely to his parents accusing Jalal in his interest for women etc. Real Akbar was never like this, Any one dared to talk to him like this. This is what we meant.
