Ruku comes to her hojra and breaks some things and then laughs...She says Jodha begum mera kaam pura huwa and hamara maksad bhi pura hoga...She says this was my last waar against you Jodha...And says I have used mauka to my advantage at every given opportunity, even the liquor one...Then they show flashback --- Haider asking daasi for 'thandai' but it was Ruku who had changed it to liquor deliberately because she felt that a drunk Salim will react to an angry Jalal and then there will be fireworks...Ruku is saying that lets see what will you do MUZ ...Now even after being powerful than me, I beat you...
Jodha-Jalal in hojra...Jodha says why such a stringent action...Why did you do that...Jalal says I made a decision and I don't want you opposing...Jodha says then who should I talk too...You are not just a king but also my husband...Whom should I ask about Salim...You are keeping a mother away from a son by this punishment ...She says this is the age when a child should be close to parents but you are doing the opposite...In your heart, you fatherhood has become weak before King...Jodha says I wont let this happen...Jalal says what do you want...You want him to be weak...You want him to stray...I am doing this for his good though my action is hard...This is the only way to make him strong and think like a warrior than be defiant or weak...Jodha says but he is child...he couldn't stand that day in heat then how will he be there in that kada dhoop for years...Jalal says if you want to enjoy saawan then you have to endure kada dhoop...Jodha says your this move will create more distance between you and Salim...She asks why did he say that Salim cannot use privileges of being his son...Jalal says because he wants him to learn and earn...Jodha is crying and says you are putting a mother's feelings to 'suulli' due to your expectations of making him a king...Jalal says I am only doing what is right for him...Jodha is pleading that please not make her juda from Salim...Jalal says if you want to see him like a faulaad and if she wants his name to be known in history then she has to make her heart strong...Jodha is crying on Jalal's shoulder but he doesn't seem to move...Salim meanwhile has been changed to warrior clothes and looks cold...He tells that you don't love me Jalal and I will ensure to not use your name again...Daasi comes and says Salim is ready to leave with Rahim and Maan...Jalal tells lets go and moves out of hojra...Jodha says I wont let this happen... (THERE WERE MANY DIALOGUES IN THIS BIG SCENE ...I CANT WRITE ALL)
Everyone is at the doors of the palace to bid Salim farewell...Jalal comes down...Salim is not looking at anyone...Maan says kooch ke liye aadesh dijiye...Jalal nods...Rahim and Maan are taking Salim with him...They are walking...Jodha says Salim stop and runs...But Jalal says wait and two soldiers come and stand before her...Jodha is crying and says stop Salim, don't go and turns and runs to Jalal and says stop this Shahenshah...She is in tears throughout and again turns and runs towards Salim (only to be stopped by soldiers standing in front of her)...She calls Maan, who walks up to her...Jodha tells him that Salim is not just waaris of Mughal Sultanate but my son too, my kaleeje ka tukda, please look after him...Maan promises to protect him and touches her feet before going...Jodha is crying...Rahim, Salim and Maan are going (But Salim didn't turn to watch Jodha too)...In between they showed Shaguni bai in front of Ambe Maa and telling that what sadness this is for Jodha, give her strength to endure this period...Salim sits on horse and so do Maan and Rahim and they go...Jodha runs towards the exit...Jodha self-talk that it was the saddest day of my life because of you Jalal and I cant forget that day...From that day only my sharrir was in Agra while my aatma had gone and I had no idea about the judai period too...Jodha is crying...Jalal turns and walks back...
