well use only leaves... regular tadka ...then add this just stair fry...thodi oily hogi...try use less oil.. add garlic if u like it...

well u can add...tomatoes. but we use only veg no addition..

yes normal garam masala...u use for veg...is fine add coconut after all done 😃


its high in iron 😃

kerala style a bit different

Clean the leaves nicely

separate leaves and the stem-do it only if the stem is very thick-and chop leaves and stem separately-


or else just chop both together nicely- that is enough-

now a days stem is very thin- i chopped together-

First add a spoon of oil- splutter mustard- then small onions( kerala ones) crushed- green chillies- one or two crushed garlics- saute-

add stem first -stir for two- three minutes then chopped leaves( or else both together)

a pinch of turmeric-

no need to add water- dont close it and cook-

add grated coconut- mix- some curry leaves too-

let it get cook- towards the end only add salt-

similar but we don't use stems...only leaves
yes no need to add water... rest is same curry leaves...onion well we use chopped onions... garnish with coconut

well try to avoid over eating this veg 😆


its like spinach...if over eats then it leads to loose motion 😆

Yes, we too make the leafy veg, in almost same manner...but we don't add the onions...

So, same method for this too..

Always see this particular one ...never bought...will buy this time and make 😳

not the big onions- small onions- we love that one- gud for health too- three or four is enough
it is gud adiit- no complaints for stomach- we all will eat it without rice too -
