You are right and it is an extremely sensitive issue but people cannot be cats on the walls and continue to ignore this issue, better start taking a firm stand to make a difference...

Irrespective of the right and wrong of the stand it is better for one to take a stand... At the moment rape issue is escalating and no one seems to be doing enough to combat the situation...
