Cannot talk in other thread.
Akbar was 20 when he married HK. Mann Singh must have been 12 . Till Akbar was 27 when he was longing for a child, he treated a kid who is 8 years younger to him from a different religion as his son and even after he got Salim may be.

Nice !!! And Akbar has been truly different in identifying and treating wafaadari log.

He is super conscious of himself and is not that great in English. Not that it is a problem.

But he is someone who will want to do good job of whatever he indulges in ; So let him be in front of camera and not keep trying everything like "You-Know-Who" 😉

Audacity is one thing but not good to practice it everywhere at others expense 😆

well i know him if he decides to do sumthing he will definitely work on it & if he feels he is not getting it, he will not do it, till he becomes perfect. i think his voice quality causes him trouble. english can get better, tht too only in speaking, but even akshay kumar was also not gud in the beginning so i can say tht if he determines he can do anything.😊

i saw the sbs segment pics just now. yes its a sword dual b/w jalal & jodha this time. RT wasnt there in the practice, but the way the trainer was holding his sword around pari's neck, its clear tht they r going to perform a "romantic" sword fighting. 😆

From the quotes that he retweets, his understanding of the language is not in doubt - as for spoken English, let me say this about the entire Gen Y as I teach at UG level, very few of them actually can speak grammatically correct English as most of them are spoilt by the 'kewl' lingo and the sms language - just becoz public school educated kids affect a put on accent does not make them good at the language - yes an inability to speak well in English may make ppl reticent but Rajat seems to be intelligent enuff to rectify the problem.

Hi Mandy! Even I'm so excited. It has one or two new characters I think. I want to see Salim getting married! I started reading The Twentieth Wife. It's very cool.

Yes- Even his tweets are much different in terms of content, different thoughts and directness. I like it. He seems a very different person may be due to his exposure to arts at such a young age. Yes - The grammatically correct English speaking these days seems to be out of fashion. Anyway, we need not be hung up on a language - His Hindi must be very good in terms of diction and comfort with Irdu words. I get that feeling.

But for compering, the hosts need to be absolutely non-senti and cool about pulling others which I am not sure if he can do it.
