Well the minister and his wife obviously are not from Jaitsar.

They can't be in Jaipur either because if they are in Jaipur the story telling will be a problem

So they either are Udaipur based are they are have business dealings in Jaitser which is unlikely .

Jaitser already has a corrupt politician in HS

The track may be for Vidhayaksa but have a feeling that man represents Udaipur constituency and the minister's work brings him to Vidhayaksa because it is happening in his consituency.
