I was in bed rest almost all last week...Had stomach pain and back pain... Couldn't sit/stand... Now I'm okay ..Lazy didn't tell you ? I told her the other day

Saiyu multiple reasons...

I had fasted on Friday for the Puja... and did kitchen works too..

I did the cleaning before and after Puja ...

So the sudden change upset my stomach... I had loose motion and all the work broke my back but I ignored the symptoms when I started having little pain... left it for 3 days and traveled a lot in bike and then went to the doc when the pain became unbearable..

And lastly too much body heat...
