You know taking Sharon for granted is so not in Swayam's character.

Even if we consider the fact that this is honestly the first time he is actually headind something as big as an academy.
Usually no matter what we say Rey used to be like the head. Swayam was like his right hand man.
But now he's alone.He doesn't have anyone to go to.
Complete responsibility uski hai.
He is under a lot of pressure as not only his but almost 10 people's career is in his hands.
He's not able to think anything else. It's like his mind is blocked there.
He can't look beyond.
He is thinking ki Sharon will understand his pressure and position.

What he is not understanding ki in sab ke beech he is forgetting the basic things. There's a limit to understanding.
He is not realising that he is actually hurting Sharon.
He is not realising ki he is putting his responsiblity before Sharon is making her feel insecure.

I can understand ani. Sharon is trying to understand his every problem but he has really hurted her. I so wish he should do something really special for her. But I think it is too much to expect from ameeta.

Swayam apne responsibility mein itna kho gaya hai...
Rey ke promise mein itna kho gaya hai...
Apne aap ko proof karne mein itna doob gaya hai...
Ki he is not even really thinking of Sharon. Pehle pehle it was ohk...
But dheere dheere his anxiety his increasing and Sharon ko utna hi ignore kar raha hai...

Sharon ke baare mein sirf ye soch ke rakhkha hai ki she will understand.
Is sab ke beech he doesn't even look at Sharon's expressions properly.
Thinking ki she won't lie to him. Whatever she is saying is right. She is comfortable enough with him to tell him anything. That Sharon is completely transparent with him. He isn't looking beyond that.
Wo ye nahi samajh raha hai ki Sharon also has some expectations. She will not say something to hurt him.
