Exactly ReRe, they have make the victim to believe it is their fault because of society.
But recently some GIRLS (applaud thier courage) are bold enough to come out and take it to public for the justice, again there too god knows what is waiting for them in the future.
As Champ said here we have different set of teachings for girls and boys again there girls are only taught to be careful, even the renowned politician said "men make mistakes"
