I don't have much to say on GR either ... never watched the show except for a few random episodes. He's not quitting for sure ... he's already got another show lined up on the same network. So it's a mutual decision between him and the channel. Obviously he's on very good terms with them ... that's why they're making sure to keep him on. They did the same with Sanaya when IPK ended ... gave her Welcome almost immediately ... and an offer on Life OK ... she decided not to take it, or the show didn't work out, that was another matter. But I think Star ... and most channels ... work that way ... they like to hold on to their good actors. Zee does the same too. Many of their actors are regulars on their shows.
Same with Mohit Raina ... his producer did say that if he quit, Mahadev would end ... but I think its the other way around here ... Mahadev is ending because they've told all the stories they wanted to ... and it had a very good run. Mohit is coming back as Krishna on the same channel, I heard.
By the way, Manorama Mami is back ... in a more serious role in MATH ... got a glimpse of her and watched her scenes. It's so nice to see these actors back ... feels like one is watching family. 😳 Must be tough for them ... all the IPK actors got major recognition for their supporting roles ... none have managed anything similar subsequently ... no wonder they miss it so much. Not just Arnav Khushi ... even Nani, Manorama Mami, NK, Snakewa, Buaji ... all of them became so well known. Utkarsha ji has done a couple of roles after IPK, but not achieved anywhere near the same popularity.
