Thanks for sharing Jatinder.
I liked the second song and the set also looks stunning in red.
She is a performer and very confident on stage.

Varsha , glad to hear that your hubby is back to normal routine. I learnt classical dance and music as a kid. I guess all south Indian girls do. It's as important as eating or sleeping 😆 I continued with dance till 15 and had to quit to concentrate on boards and further studies. I enjoy shows related to dance and music .
My son had his maths Olympiad on 4th. It was tough. Science was better.

Hi hope that life is good for you all.

There have been some great English songs over the years and many more bad ones as well, just like in India.
I like Elton John, Michael Jackson, Queen, Adel, Emily Sande and so many more.
I will send you some links of some great songs.

@varsha: keep supporting the kids and hubby, you will get plenty of time in the new year to watch TV. I have not watched any of these new shows yet.

Went to see Interstellar the movie, worth a watch, very confusing at times, make sure you watch it in a multiplex Cinema though.

@ Anu: classical dance and music is the basis of all modern stuff, so you are already at an advantage to many of us.

@zulekha, @ Ash keep smiling.

I am still watching GD episodes of when Laajo was ill in Sonbarsa, really very good acting here.

I wonder why we have not heard from other forum members in the past weeks.

Have a nice day guys.

Yes, Anu in our part of the world classical music and dance are a part of our life something mandatory!!😆 My mom wanted me to learn Bharatanatyam when I was 4 ...then she took me to a teacher ( she was scary!! 🤢 I saw her strict ways and started dancing at home !! never went to her after that!!😆😆😆) So I could not be a dancer!! then music , it was something which was ingrained as my dad is a great admirer of Hindustani classical music which I learnt for about two years in my school...but I was more interested in academics so I had to leave it there. I sing keertans and Bhajans in Hindustani style. I have been trained in arts..I like to draw , paint and sketch...my favorites are cartoons!!😆 I like doing crafts too. My studies also supported this as I took up Science!! Now I help out my kids and their teachers with charts, models , some scientific projects etc.
I am training my kids for maths...lets see what they do. This is the first time their school is organizing it so we all are novice!!😕

Thanks Jatinder, I will check out these singers... however there is a song "Words" by Boyzone the Irish band..its my favorite..that song is so meaningful and soothing, If you have time just listen in.
Well, I am also waiting for other forum members to join in...may be they have left after the show!!
I was watching some old G.D episodes...I felt at times we were very unjust to Ishana in the beginning!!😕 She did some treacherous things towards the end , but in the beginning she was only trying to save her love... We never looked at it from her perspective! ( Maybe we were carried away by Laajo's innocence!!😲 ) What do you friends feel. Was Ishana totally wrong to be so insecure?!! ( here I am not justifying her ways...but only looking at her emotions). Sometimes all people portrayed as negative characters or grey characters..do have some sense in what they do..though they end up hurting people more heavily then they themselves suffer!!🤢

Ishana's motive to fight for her love was totally justified, as she was fighting to remove Laajo from taking her man. Upto that point even Laajo understood the situation.

Remember at the begining Laajo was happy that her parent's were happy and that's what mattered to her then.

Laajo did not expect to fall in love with Nikhil. Ishana did have sympathy from many viewers but she lost it all in her many dirty manipulations. As Ishana said that everyhing is fair in love and war.

My childhood interest was Cricket. One of my earliest photos is of me holding a giant cricket bat.

Here are some links to English musicians, enjoy!

"Circle of life": kids will love this one

Adele

Hi! Friends,
And yes Best of luck to Fluer!! 😊 Well , I have till date not witnessed a live show , so I feel
Ash your daughter is really lucky!
When I was in college we used to have a " Rock show " Annually with popular bands from all over India taking part...but since hard rock is not my cup of tea ( Well I feel it is too loud and noisy with amplifiers all round and the band members mostly have weird hair style ( which was only the best part!!😆) , Sorry !! If I have offended some Hard Rock fans!!)I would stay away from it. Moreover there was always a fear of some intoxicated guys doing some stupid things!!🤢
@ Jatinder, I will write about Ishana's case soon...at the moment I am a bit busy as we are expecting some relatives from India .
Friends, enjoy your week-end and stay happy!!😃
