It is terrible for my parents 😆 They sleep by 10. Easily. Mom wakes up at 4:30 to make lunch- even though I've told her a million times I'm capable of heating leftovers and doing it myself, she insists on waking up, exercising, and then doing it for me. And then complains about how I never do anything.

Moms. You can never win 😆

I'm actually most excited for Granada- I've heard it's stunning! And it's got the small town feel and all.

About wake-sleep talk,,My Mom has set the limit of 10 am for holidays..no matter how late we sleep at night..One minute late & super ''Bayizzati'' I mean insults start...Hehehe...

My mom is like that too! 😆 Except I have 7 am limit. She's very strict about it- my grandfather was like that, and now she is training me 😆 Dad wakes up really early too. Then i get the standard early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy and wise yada yada lecture.

Ruchi Di, I think parents will probably stay up in Spain. Jet lag and all. Or we were planning to nap and then go out. We eat very early too- I get hungry so quickly- it's terrible!

You should visit Hyderabad in the month of Ramzan. World famous Haleem is cooked and exported here. Every street has two or more haleem vendors. All eat this haleem irrespective of religion. Even veg haleem available during this month though not as tasty as non-veg haleem.

Di, you wish your kids would sleep in? Uff. My mom drags me out of bed at 5:30 sharp. Says it's good for the brain to be up and ready. "At night, only monsters roam. Get up!" 😆

Hahaha, I took a "break" to do work, and I come back to so many pages😆

I"m so envious of your itinerary - all places I would love to go one day. And you will definitely need your Spanish in handy from what I have heard - it's very hard to get by with English over there.

LOL I would want my kids to sleep in too (if I had kids) - they would be less tired, less cranky and it would give me more free time😆
