Khushi stared around her at the gleaming steel and granite nightmare that was her boyfriend's gourmet kitchen, looking as if she would rather be anywhere but here at the moment.

"Why do you find it so hard to believe, Khushi? You really need to learn this stuff. I can't believe that you have gone so many years without learning how to cook even the most simple of dishes!"

"I find it boring, you know that. And just because you are an executive chef at a fancy restaurant, it doesn't mean that I need to learn all your gourmet dishes too, Arnav!"

"Who's talking about gourmet? I'll start with the simplest of dishes first. And I promise you, it will be anything but boring...especially when I am doing the teaching here."

The sensual glint in his eyes held her captive, and she found herself leaning forward just a little.

"Fine, I'll give it a try. What are we learning?"

"Like I said, something simple. Just regular daal and rice should do for today. Here, take this apron."

She took it from him with a dubious look, and started placing it over her neck when he stopped her.

"No...that's not what I meant. I want you to wear that apron...only that apron, and nothing else."

"I said I wanted only the apron Khushi. Am I clear?" His hand dropped to the button of her jeans as he swiftly popped it open, revealing that she had nothing underneath.

He looked up at her, amused.

In moments, he had her stripped down to her bare skin, but did not pause until he had the red apron tied around her her.

"This isn't fair. Why are you fully clothed?"

He stared at her for a moment, then swiftly unbuttoned his shirt and tossed it aside.

"That's as far as the chef will go...for now. Now come here, let's get started with the rice."

He poured two glasses of basmaati rice into a pan and brought it over to her, deliberately ignoring her flushed, aroused state.

"First step, wash the rice. Ready to get wet, Khushi?"

He took her hands in his, lifting fistfuls of rice as the water streamed down the sides of her wrists. She gasped when his hands slid out of the water, leaving a wet, warm trail up her arm.
