I finished watching Humsafar just now. Within less than three, and that too exam days, I am done with 23 episodes of a TV show which account for the entire thing. Ah! Such achievement, I don't ever think I mind using up over 2 GB of my high speed data limit this early on in the billing cycle.

The ending was beautiful. But all throughout the last episode I was fretting over whether or not Asher comes to know about Sara's death. I didn't like her throughout the series. But I cried when she died. Oh, I did. But despite everything she was the one character in the show that I could relate with the most. Not much even so. But I could and couldn't stop thinking about her obsession with Asher and how she throws away her life and how her only two flaws were planted in her by her mother and her financial status.

Words of wisdom, friends. Minimize your masochism, you love it, I love it. But it's destructive. And I am quite sure I couldn't get a lesson on it better from anywhere but through fiction. Because real life and circumstances, I don't have enough faith in. 🤡

I believe in stories. 😳 They make me feel like a decent human being which on occasion is much coveted. They give me strength and I pick up things to learn.
