It is about education not graduation.

True that to make a difference what you need most is political will but education equips you with the knowledge required for such changes.

Secondly it can have sent the signal that government is serious about it.

HRD does deal with educational institutions and reforms in education system so person needs to be better informed in these things.

What a stupid point that was said in defence of her - She can communicate in Hindi and English??? Is that enough to head the HRD ministry???

Kapil Sibal who was an educated man couldn't deal with the ministry how can somebody like this former Telly Bahu with no education can be expected to handle this??

They don't care about the ministry it is about rewarding party members.

to be frank i feel Mr PM deliberately give her this Ministry...so he can dominate

i strongly feels he can not keep many ministry so placed someone who can be easily influenced

Among rest some are individually strong be in politics so she is new PM can hold on her

Well making her Cabinet Minister indirectly giving imp to Scion

She accept challenge to contest election against him ...in some extent she defend him...

so Making her Cabinet Minister its like rewarding her ...so Scion is imp...which is so not necessary

Scion is looser anyway...
