But it can mean an actor can still leave the show after one year.It will take at least one year to establish the story and the characters as leads and if he/she decides to leave after one year of doing the show then what will happen??

yup...I think its only for discipline purpose leaving show is still there 😕 but there is no guaranty about show runs for year too or even more two year so 😕

I guess its creative field plus emergency can happen...that's why they wrote reason shd genuine plus valid
