Listen people.

I am the youngest here xP And I respect each team member here xD Elder to me , all of you are, and I treat you like elder sisters.

Don't mind me, but I think we should have a new captain now.

No, its not like Naz is bad at managing the team. She is a pretty good captain despite being young :)

However I think it will be better if we have an older captain.

See, Naz you're brilliant...you try and do your best, I know :* Yet. Lets be practical. You live abroad, so there's a time difference too. Besides you have school too right?

Captainship isn't an easy job. Im sure Naz, you know that xP So these time differences, age, school work they really do matter. We don't want you to get stressed either. And whether you accept it or not, somewhere or the other, captancy is a great pressure and does stress you :)

I know That Naz has interacted with every team member and shares a good relationship with each one of us. We all like you a lot Naz. You are sweet and your friendly nature makes every team member admire you. And I am not saying this to flatter you. i am just stating the truth.

Guys now coming straight to the point, I think we should have a captain with much more experience. I suggest, that Shalini di or Diya di would make great captains. Some of you will think I am saying this because they are my friends but everyone here is my friend :) I just want the betterment of the team and for that I think either of the two will be great as they are experienced, efficient and available on both WhatsApp and FaceBook group. Also both are finished with exams now and can dedicate time here regularly.

Think practically guys. We have to make our team win. Naz is doing her best but she's young like me. We cant keep pressurizing her.

Naz i cant force you out of captaincy. Think and decide for yourself.

I hope the rest of the team members understand.

My bad. But seriously you know. We did too much mehnat. All of us. Had other teams not got bonus, wed have bagged second position atleast.

And Naz I really want to know what you have decided.

Please post your opinions regarding my captain change request, before the third task is posted.

Its okay. Some of you may support it some of you may not. But atleast speak up.

Sorry for the late reply.
I too think to change captain. It's not that, that I'm not a good captain but I'll be inactive after next Week. (Sunday I'll be out of town) So we definitly need a new captain or atleast SECOND Captain who will take my place when I am not there.

Hmm.. I don't think that Diya and Shalini will be good captain as they don't come to FB regularly.

I would give my position to : Simran, Mehreen, Ayushi.

I know we are at last place but this is not the end na? We will definitly catch them! We are just 8 points behind.!

Other Teams got bonus points. What to do , I am using Windows Movie Maker for making Trailers.🥱 I don't have any other Software for that. And I would do the poster but I wanted that everyone contributes for the Task.

Next Task will be a time biased task. So we can use PM's and FB to discuss. Then I'll submit our answers super fast!

Listen if either of them is made captain they ll b active on fb. Shalus exams just fnshd. Now she ll b regular. Simran or ayushi no, cause den dey wont be on WhatsApp. Anu di is eldest and a very essential member so we need someone who will stay in touch with her.

I have an idea Naz. How bout u remain the captain and i be the second captain? I have vacations, completely velli xP

I will also have Anu dis guidance and i cn get all inactive members like Prachi active since they r good frnds of mine. And u r close to Simran and all so u cn captain them well. What say?

Besides, Task three is gonna be posted really soon... So a huge captain change may not be appropriate. But we definitely need a second captain if not THE captain, who will stay in touch in whatsapp too

You cn discuss on fb and IF while i cn inform and get help from WA(WhatsApp) peeps ;)

@naz: Naz pls just don't say tht I didnt come to FB regularly... I was always active... I always kept suggesting you n sending you Msgs and suggestions from whatsapp group... Stayed all night and discussed about the plot and sent you ppl... And when you'll rejected our first plot we tried n came up with a new plot n kept posting them on FB though I was having exams... And I even helped you in finding sandhir scenes... Inspite of having my exams I came online... Whenever I found tym... U can't just say that I was not regular on FB...

I have just seen the scores. I dont want to play the blame game here...considering that all of u are like my younger sisters and I don't want to hurt anyone! This is just a game, some might say. But at the end of the day, it's a game that is requiring us to devote our valuable time and resources to it. So I think it's justified if we want to win.
Naz, I think despite not staying in India and with all the time zone thing, you've done very well!! The first task was great for us...second task, clearly not! As a team, some kind of self introspection is required!
As the scores suggest, the plot was our saviour! And the tagline scored well too! The trailer as well, but of course in comparison to piyu's trailer it fell way short...but that was a given...any VM related thing comes up and we can expect piyu to score the most!
So as I was saying, naz good job on the trailer! But guess what? I think u need to appoint a second captain. And I think it should be someone who worked on the plot and the tagline. It is injustice if u say that the fb group is the reason why the plot and tagline scored more! And the ppl who worked whole night and stayed up despite personal problems deserve some credit!
So I will make a humble suggestion...please do not step down from captaincy coz u are really.great. But please consider tanya's suggestion and make her the second captain!! And let's do this together in a civilized way! Ok?
I will not boast...but if some other VM related task comes up, then we will need ur brilliance naz. But, if a task related to writing comes up, I can assure u that u will need me and Tanya! So please think about it!!!
And everyone else, we can still win this!!! Please don't be disheartened guys! Ok?
