I've always been attracted to the Golden Temple for some reason. Was supposed to go there twice but it got cancelled due to one thing or the other

You are right about Indian Temples especially the popular ones like Tirupati. There's no proper management at all. Almost all South Indian temples are like this except in Kerala. I was surprised to see how clean and nice they were.

Busy with Gudi Padwa preparations? Our New Year is also tomorrow.😃

I was going to mention Tirupati but thought ppl may get offended 😆. I'd love to see the temples in Kerala. Haven't had the chance even after going to there twice.

Even the darshan was good and I spent a good 10 mins inside the temple which is impossible in a Hindu temple coz the attendants are rude and push you out. I don't even know what the Tirupati idol looks like tbh coz I got all of 5 seconds max in front of it. I said the rest of my prayers with my back to the idol coz I was forcefully pushed out 😆 .

I love visiting churches and cathedrals. They are sooo peaceful man esp the ones in UK. They are sooo beautiful 😳.

Nothing much to prepare for Gudi Padwa actually. Just eat good traditional food and sleep 😆.
