Oh its jus that I am allergic to metal... I can wear gold jewelry with no issues because when I was a baby and my ears were pierced first thing that went into them was gold earrings so ya

true but here's a scientific fact for you

You can never make up for the missed sleep... every night is a fresh new cycle

The most you can do is give rest to the muscles of the body by lying down on succeeding days of missed sleep

Make sure you try to get at least minimum of 6 every night

Yeh because when we sleep our brain also helps put stuff in our long term memory. Thats why they say Early to Bed Early to Rise makes the Man Healthy and Wise :)

in my house we have paratha's every morning and since my mom works so she makes them in the mornings for us and leaves

now I told her to stop making since im getting fat😛😳
