If I am not wrong, if both parents are A then the child cannot be B! So, that is one of the tests that is done... But if one is A and the other is B then the child could be any A (+/-), B (+/-), AB etc...

here shagun is shown as universal receiver .. that is O+ kya... and then roohi is B+ ... so raman is scared to test his blood as it might be different and it will be proven that he is not the father.. and coincidentally ashok is b+ .. so aur zyada MU and drama

Universal receiver if I am not wrong is AB + and Universal donor is O-
